Scaggs - John R. - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

John R. Scaggs died of pneumonia last Friday at five o’clock, at his home on East College Street. He had been ill only a few days. The funeral occurred Sunday afternoon at half past two o’clock, at the Christian Church. Interment was at Oak Hill. Mr. Scaggs was a well known teamster and leaves a wife and five grown children. He had been a resident of Crawfordsville for many years and had a large number of friends.- s
